All prices and payments at Ladybug Hill Quilts are in U.S. Dollars only.

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express for online purchases.

If you prefer to purchase offline, we will be happy to process your order by mail, phone, or fax. You may complete your order during checkout, and then choose the "fax" or "mail" payment option to print an invoice to fax or mail in with your payment. When you order with a credit card payment or money order we can process your order immediately as compared to a check. Please allow up to 15 business days prior to shipping for payments by check.

Shipping & Handling Information:

Domestic Shipping & Handling Fees
We ship all orders via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Whenever feasible we use flat rate mailings with Internet tracking. At the present time shipping and handling to locations within the U.S. starts at $5.49 per package. Your order will indicate that this is an estimate only. In the event that a product requires significant packaging for safe delivery we apply an additional charge.

International Shipping & Handling Fees
Ladybug Hill Quilts is pleased to ship products internationally and we have many happy customers in locations around the world. In general we use PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL and FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL as this allows us to reduce shipping costs, keep the shipment time relatively short (usually 3 to 5 business days) and confirm delivery of your order.

At the present time International Shipping costs can be as low as $5.49 per package. This is only an estimate as shipping to your country will depend on weight, distance, expediting, customs and other factors.

Sales Taxes and Customs Fees

Orders placed from within the City of Colorado Springs will have 7.4% sales tax added. Orders placed from within the state of Colorado will have 2.9% sales tax added. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Store Policies

Copyrighted Items: Ladybug Hill Quilts does not accept returns of any item that is protected by copyright laws such as books and patterns. All sales of these types of items are final.

Sale Items: All sales of items marked down or on sale are final.

Incorrect, Damaged or Flawed Items: In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged, has a flaw or that is incorrect due to an error in packing you must contact us within three days of the receipt of the item by email (Email: info@ladybughillquilt.com) so that we can respond to the issue. If necessary we will authorize the return and/or replacement of the damaged, flawed or incorrect item.

All Other Returns: If you wish to return an item within three days of receipt for reasons other than damage, a flaw or an error on our part, you must contact Ladybug Hill Quilts for a return authorization. Once you contact us by email (Email: info@ladybughillquilt.com) and receive a return authorization to return an item you pay for return shipping and we will issue a credit for the returned item(s) only. If the item you return is cut yardage or a kit that has been opened we will also charge a 20% re-stocking fee.

Promotional Gift Certificates: From time-to-time Ladybug Hill Quilts offers gift certificates to participants in promotional events such as the FabShop Net Shop Hops. These gift certificates are for the purchase of regularly priced in-stock items only and may not be combined with any other promotional discount or program.
